Return & Refund Policy
At ÈSĀH, every product is carefully packed and quality checked before dispatch. Due to the nature of skincare and personal care products, we maintain strict hygiene and safety standards. Therefore, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once a product has been delivered, except in cases where the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns or exchanges will only be accepted if:
- The product has been physically damaged during transit.
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
- An incorrect product has been delivered.
- The product is missing from the order.
To be eligible for review, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and provide:
- Your order number.
- Clear photographs of the product received.
- Clear photographs of the outer shipping box and packaging.
- An unboxing video showing the issue.
- A brief description of the concern.
Please note that the damage or defect must be clearly visible in the photos and/or video shared. If the required details are not shared within 24 hours of delivery, we may not be able to process the claim, as the dispute window with our shipping partners may no longer be available.
Products Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:
- Opened, used, or tried products.
- Products with tampered packaging or damaged labels.
- Products returned without proof of purchase.
- Products damaged due to improper handling or storage after delivery.
- Products that do not suit your skin, cause personal sensitivity, or do not meet individual expectations.
- Products purchased during promotional sales, offers, or clearance events, unless received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- International orders.
Skincare is highly personal and subjective. Not every product may suit every individual, and this cannot be considered a valid reason for return, exchange, or refund.
Return Approval & Quality Check
If your claim is approved, our team will guide you through the return process.
Any approved return must be sent back in its original packaging and packed securely to prevent damage during transit.
Once the product reaches our facility, it will undergo a quality inspection. If the product is found to be eligible under our policy, we will proceed with a replacement or refund, as applicable.
If the returned product is found to be used, opened, damaged after delivery, tampered with, or not in its original condition, the claim may be rejected and the product may be shipped back to you.
Replacements
For eligible claims involving damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing products, ÈSĀH may offer a replacement subject to product availability.
If the same product is unavailable, we may provide an alternative solution, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
Refunds
Refunds will only be processed for approved claims involving damaged, defective, incorrect, or unavailable replacement products.
Once approved, the refund will be initiated to the original mode of payment.
Refund processing timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider and may take approximately 7–10 business days to reflect.
Shipping charges, COD charges, convenience fees, and other service charges are non-refundable.
Order Cancellation
Orders may only be cancelled before they have been dispatched from our warehouse.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details. While we will do our best to assist, cancellation cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun.
Open or Tampered Packages
We strongly recommend that you do not accept any package that appears opened, damaged, or tampered with at the time of delivery.
If a tampered package is accepted, ÈSĀH will not be responsible for any missing, damaged, defective, or incorrect products reported thereafter.
Return Shipping
For approved claims involving damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing products, ÈSĀH will assist with the return process and provide further instructions.
Returns sent without prior approval from our team may not be accepted.
Important Note
ÈSĀH reserves the right to review, approve, reject, or partially accept any return, replacement, or refund request based on the information provided and the condition of the product received.
All decisions made by the ÈSĀH team regarding returns, replacements, and refunds shall be final.
