At ÈSĀH, every order is carefully packed and dispatched from our warehouse in Delhi, India. We work with trusted logistics partners to ensure your products reach you safely and efficiently.
Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days from the date of order confirmation, excluding Sundays and public holidays. However, there may be delays due to unforeseen reasons or circumstances beyond our control.
Once your order has been packed and dispatched, you will receive shipping confirmation along with tracking details via email, SMS, or WhatsApp, based on the information provided at checkout.
During product launches, promotional events, festive periods, or other high-volume periods, order processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and will always strive to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.
Domestic Shipping (India)
We currently ship across India through trusted courier partners.
Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your location and courier service availability.
Delivery timelines may vary for remote locations, non-metro cities, or areas affected by weather conditions, local restrictions, public holidays, courier disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations.
International shipping charges depend on the weight of your order, destination country, and courier service availability. The applicable shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Delivery timelines for international orders may vary depending on the destination, customs clearance procedures, and local courier services.
Please note that international orders may be subject to additional charges imposed by the destination country, including customs duties, import taxes, VAT, GST, handling fees, or other local levies.
These charges are determined by the relevant authorities and are not included in the product price or shipping fee charged by ÈSĀH.
The customer is solely responsible for paying any such duties, taxes, fees, or charges required for customs clearance and delivery of the shipment.
If an international order is refused, abandoned, undeliverable, or cannot be delivered due to non-payment of customs duties, taxes, or other applicable charges, the order will not be eligible for cancellation, refund, exchange, replacement, or store credit.
ÈSĀH shall not be responsible for delays, additional charges, confiscation, or non-delivery arising from customs procedures, import restrictions, or local regulations in the destination country.
All international orders are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, replacements, or refunds, except in cases where the wrong product has been shipped by ÈSĀH.
We reserve the right to cancel any international order if shipment to the destination is not feasible, including restrictions imposed by shipping carriers, destination-country regulations, or applicable Indian laws.
In the event of such cancellation, a refund will be initiated after the order is cancelled. Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment method and payment service provider but generally take 10–14 business days and, in some cases, may take longer.
Shipping Charges
Applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
From time to time, ÈSĀH may offer complimentary shipping on selected orders, promotional campaigns, or minimum order values. Such offers will be communicated on our website and may be modified or withdrawn without prior notice.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link through your registered email address, mobile number, or WhatsApp.
You can use the tracking information to monitor your shipment until it reaches you.
If you have not received tracking details within the estimated processing period, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only before they have been dispatched from our warehouse.
Once an order has been packed, processed, or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@houseofesah.com with your order number.
While we will make every effort to accommodate your request, cancellation cannot be guaranteed once order processing has begun.
Any approved cancellation will be refunded to the original mode of payment. Refund processing timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will make delivery attempts at the shipping address provided during checkout.
Please ensure that your name, address, pin code, email address, and contact number are accurate and complete before placing your order.
If a delivery fails due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address details
- Unavailability of the recipient
- Refusal to accept the package
- Locked premises
- Unreachable contact number
The shipment may be returned to us by the courier partner.
In such cases, additional shipping charges may apply if you wish to have the order re-dispatched.
Damaged or Tampered Packages
If your package appears damaged, opened, leaked, or tampered with at the time of delivery, we strongly recommend that you refuse acceptance of the package.
Please contact us within 24 hours of the delivery attempt and share:
- Your order number
- Clear photographs of the package
- Photographs of the shipping label
- An unboxing video, if available
Failure to report shipping damage within the specified timeframe may affect our ability to investigate and resolve the issue.
Delayed Deliveries
While we strive to ensure timely delivery of all orders, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:
- Courier partner delays
- Weather disruptions
- Public holidays
- Regional restrictions
- Customs inspections and clearance procedures
- Transportation or logistical disruptions
ÈSĀH shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party courier services or external factors. However, our team will make reasonable efforts to assist you in tracking and resolving delivery-related concerns.
Customs Duties & Import Taxes
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, local levies, or other government-imposed charges may apply depending on the regulations of the destination country.
Such charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fee unless otherwise stated.
ÈSĀH is not responsible for delays, refusals, or additional charges imposed by customs authorities.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please review your shipping details carefully before placing the order.
Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
Shipment Issues
If your order has not been delivered within the estimated delivery timeline or if the tracking information appears incorrect, please contact our customer support team with your order details.
In the event that a shipment is delayed, misplaced, or marked as delivered but has not been received, ÈSĀH will work with the courier partner(s) to investigate the issue.
Resolution timelines will depend on the courier partner’s investigation process.
Any replacement, refund, or other resolution will be considered only after the investigation has been completed and based on the findings shared by the courier partner.
ÈSĀH reserves the right to refuse claims where proof of successful delivery has been provided by the courier partner.
