Partial COD Policy

At House of ÈSĀH, we offer Partial Cash on Delivery (COD) to provide our customers with a convenient and secure shopping experience.

How Partial COD Works

A ₹200 advance payment is required at the time of placing a COD order.
The remaining order amount will be payable through Cash on Delivery at the time of delivery.
The ₹200 advance payment will be adjusted against the total order value.
Example: If your order value is ₹2,000, you will pay ₹200 online while placing the order and ₹1,800 at the time of delivery.

Cancellation Policy

Once a Partial COD order has been confirmed and processed, cancellation may not be possible.

If a customer cancels an order after dispatch or refuses to accept the shipment, the ₹200 advance payment may be non-refundable to cover shipping, handling, and processing costs.

Failed Delivery / Refusal

If the customer refuses to accept the COD shipment or the order is returned due to an incorrect/incomplete address or repeated delivery failure, the ₹200 advance amount will not be refunded.

Damaged / Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with the required details and supporting photographs/videos. Such cases will be handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.
