Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to courier delays, location restrictions, weather conditions, public holidays, customs processes, incorrect address details, or circumstances beyond our control.

ÈSĀH shall not be held responsible for delays caused by courier partners, customs authorities, or external disruptions. However, we will make reasonable efforts to assist you with tracking and delivery-related concerns.

9. International Orders

International shipping charges, where applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the destination country and the weight of your order.
